Underscoring its commitment to general contractors across North America, Kubota Engine America recently made the significant announcement that it has extended its standard engine warranty to all its customers across North America.

As a result, coverage has increased from two years or 2,000 hours to three years or 3,000 hours, providing enhanced long-term reliability to both equipment manufacturers and general contractors who depend on Kubota engines for jobsite productivity.

Assurance and dependability

It’s a move that will ultimately provide assurance to the end-users of Kubota engines, and one that Michael De Leonardis, Director of Service Engineering at Kubota Engine America, believes allows general contractors and their crews to focus on their projects at hand.

“Our engines are built to perform reliably over the long term, and this warranty extension reflects that confidence,” he says. “By offering more coverage, we are helping customers focus on productivity and uptime, knowing their engine is backed by Kubota for more time and more hours.”

Protection and support

Protecting against material defects and errors in workmanship during normal use and service, the Kubota standard engine warranty helps bolster the company’s relationship with its network of more than 1,500 authorized dealers. And, according to De Leonardis, it also ensures that investments made by general contractors are supported, despite the work they’re doing.

“For end users, extended warranty coverage means greater confidence in their equipment investment. Whether equipment is used seasonally or day after day, customers can count on Kubota engines to deliver dependable performance, supported by responsive service and support.”
