As part of a significant move to enhance its presence and influence in the Canadian market, SAKAI America, Inc. recently announced a strategic partnership with Amaco Equipment, making it the exclusive authorized dealer within Ontario. It marks SAKAI’s first dedicated distribution and support within the province. And, according to Brad Belvin, Manager of Sales & Marketing for SAKAI America, it’s a move that serves both the company as well as its Ontario customers.

The partnership allows Mississauga-based Amaco to offer the full range of SAKAI products, with its facility serving as the main SAKAI equipment hub, providing general contractors with the option of purchasing and renting equipment, as well as access to factory-trained service. And, as Jamie Armstrong, President of Amaco, points out, it’s a partnership that will go a long way toward helping to bolster its paving and roadbuilding offering.
