Canadian general contractors engaged in large-scale infrastructure, utility and civil construction projects can expect enhanced regional support from Takeuchi-US following the appointment of two experienced industry professionals to strategic leadership roles. The company has named Erik Lisitza as West Region Business Manager and Lukas Dickerson as Northeast/Canada Region Product Manager, signalling a sharpened focus on dealer development, product support and market share growth across North America.
Expanded leadership across critical growth regions
Lisitza assumes responsibility for sales and business development across the western United States, including Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. In his new role, he will work closely with dealers to increase retail sales, strengthen strategic partnerships and enhance customer support.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Lisitza brings extensive experience in territory development, dealer network expansion and sales team leadership. His background includes hands-on engagement with dealer sales staff through structured training, goal setting and frontline operational support in both emerging and mature markets.
For contractors operating in Western Canada and collaborating with U.S.-based partners on cross-border projects, strengthened dealer capabilities in the western U.S. can support equipment availability, fleet standardization and streamlined procurement across project footprints.

New Northeast/Canada role signals commitment to Canadian market
Of particular interest to Canadian contractors is the creation of the Northeast/Canada Region Product Manager position, now filled by Lukas Dickerson. The new role highlights Takeuchi’s commitment to deepening relationships with dealers and customers throughout the Northeastern United States and Canada.
Dickerson will oversee dealer and national rental account support activities, helping to develop regional sales teams and promote the company’s compact equipment portfolio. His responsibilities include product demonstrations, training initiatives and frontline support designed to align dealer capabilities with contractor requirements.
Dickerson brings more than a decade of agricultural equipment experience across North America, spanning product marketing, field support and service leadership. He has led dealer training programs, supported product launches from development through market release and worked directly with engineering teams to resolve service challenges and improve reliability. That combination of mechanical expertise and field-level engagement is expected to strengthen product support for Canadian contractors relying on compact track loaders, excavators and wheel loaders in demanding conditions.
Supporting large-scale construction demands
For Canadian contractors managing large-scale builds, enhanced regional leadership and dealer development initiatives translate into improved access to equipment expertise, more responsive product support and stronger alignment between manufacturer, dealer and end user. As public and private investment in infrastructure continues across Canada, Takeuchi’s latest appointments position the company to better support the evolving needs of heavy construction professionals.
